It took four visits to get a repair done. They kept my car for five days on one of the visits and never called us. On one of the scheduled visits they called us an hour after we dropped the car off and told us to come pick it up because they were too busy. They promised us a discount since they goofed up so many times and then charged us $100 more than the quoted price and didn't give us a discount.
