I attempted to give this company a bit of negative feedback, which the website encouraged by the way, and a manager named Sherry sent me a mean and HORRIBLY defensive e-mail response! I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism she showed; she honestly said to me that I might be confused by a tree with no leaves on it - I might not recognize it as a tree!!!\r

Also, a staff member ran my debit card number without my consent. He'd undercharged me earlier when I had actually signed my receipt, and we said we would discuss it and run my card again. He left, and I never saw him, even though I looked for him. I soon discovered he ran my NUMBER without my consent, my card or my signature for $45 more!!!\r

The experience was weak, the price was outlandish and the treatment I received from the staff was HORRIFIC. I would never recommend this company.
Pros: Thank goodness I now know what company NOT to use
Cons: The manager and staff are dishonest and sleazy
