I took in a pair of pants to have the zipper replaced. When I wore the pants the next time it was clear that the zipper was still broken (kept sliding down). I took the pants back in and they accused me of bringing in a different pair of pants...said they didn't care if I came back and they were to lose my business. Since I am a new customer they claim they are not losing any business anyway! Extremely RUDE!
