I ordered a range from Appliance World and it finally got delivered 2 weeks later. This was after I was told they had it in stock. They gave me the name of an appliance installer to connect a gas line. The installer came very fast, connected the line and was great. On delivery day the guys broke a foot off of my new range, didn't unwrap it, left it in the middle of my kitchen tilted to the side and said they couldn't connect it because the gas line didn't have a shut off valve upstairs. Excuse me...I used YOUR installer!! I had to call the installer, pay him extra and he connected my stove. I am still waiting for the foot to be fixed. I was given a wood shim. Manager (Todd) said someone was going to call me about it. Still waiting for that call. I was going to buy a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave from them but have decided to go someplace else. Quality of service was horrible.\r Don't bother. Pros: Salesman was great. Aren't they always... Cons: Delivery and installation horrible! Once you buy it they are done with you. more
