We hired them to clean/repair the chimney in our newly purchased home. We also needed help locating the source a weird dripping noise coming from the chimney which could only be heard on the second floor. When the first attempt to isolate the drip didn't work, they came back the next time it rained and were able to fix it that day. Best of all, they didn't charge us for the second service call!
Pros: Went out of their way to help us.
