Wow! I have never been to a store where three days out of one week the doors were opened up more than 10 minutes late; and then this week, today, Jan opens up at 11 minutes after scheduled time and has an attitude because I call to ask what time the store opens. You know, people have things to do and all I needed was to run in and out to get to work on time. But when your business opens late AND associates have attitudes, you lose business. Please open when you advertise and hire friendly people who WANT to work there. Jan was just too sarcastic and very late with opening Thank you.
