This is an independent business selling Verizon services. If there is a problem, Verizon has no influence to correct the problem. I had a Verizon phone that would not hold a charge. The store sold me a battery for $48 for a phone that cost $20. The battery was new old stock and would not charge. I brought it back within a couple of working days, but they refused to take the defective battery back. When I pressed the issue I was told perhaps I switched the battery. I pointed out that the battery is serialized and that the numbers matched the display package they sold to me. They still refused. I complained to Verizon Wireless, they called the reseller who was as rude to them as they were to me. Bad place, bad people, a place to avoid.
Pros: Not a single one
Cons: Old stock, poor customer service, prices above retail
