I went to Dr. Wynne for a couple of years but everntually found a new optometrist due to her demeanor and poor service. After doing some tests on my eyes, she told me I was at high risk for Glaucoma and that I needed to see a specialist. Fine. I asked her two questions about what glaucoma was and why she thought I had it. After that she curtly said, ""Ok, I'm done answering questions about this."" I'm sorry, but I'm the customer and I'll tell you when I'm done asking questions. Furthermore, I booked an appt with the Glaucoma specialist and asked Dr. Wynne's office to send over my records. They never did and I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the specialist to do all of the tests that Dr. Wynne did again.\r

A couple of other issues. I had a scratched cornea which she thoroughly shamed me about-not sure how this was my fault. She said she would only give me a glasses perscription. I was leaving for a trip to Asia in 4 weeks and wanted to take the perscription to Lenscrafters to ensure I could get my glasses in time. She insisted Lenscrafters wouldn't do an adequate job and that I buy glasses from her instead. She promised a 2 week turnaround for my glasses. Long story short, 4 weeks later on the morning of my trip I had to drive an hour away to pick up my glasses from the factory where they outsourced the work. They hadn't added the scratch resistant coating I paid for and no one could fit them for me. No apology from Dr. Wynne about the poor service and I had to call her back repeatedly to ensure that I got glasses, in some form, before I left for me trip.
Pros: Easy to get an appointment
Cons: Rude doctor, poor service
