Charile's glass was good when Charlie owned it. He now tends a motel and a son in law tends the glass shop. We have waited all day, 3 times for them to show up and they never did. This is NO way to run a business. A lady there is particularly rude an has no business answering the public. I feel sorry for Charlie that did so much to build this business and now has a son in law that is ruining it. Actually the son might not be so bad - I'm not sure he ever got the message from the rude lady that was supposed to deliver it. Don't bother with these people.
