Due to high risk pregnancy, I have had to visit Fetal Imaging Center multiple times for ultra sounds and consultations regarding gestational diabetes over 6 months. The front desk person is friendly and personable but she's not running the show. Expect to wait. My average wait time was 30 minutes with the longest being a 50 minute wait while the staff appeared to be returning from lunch. That includes observing the doctor walk in after waiting 45 minutes. My first visit was a 5 minute wait. Not sure if there's a bait and switch there or not. But I found that interesting. The technology is great and I could ask questions at any time throughout the ultrasound.
