I was there with my friend, her daughter and my daughter. We were there a little after noon and it was not too busy. The food took more than 30 minutes, and the server who took our order was not very friendly or welcoming from the moment we sat down. I had to ask him to take our order and he was curt about ""being there soon"". After 30 or 35 minutes of waiting patiently with our 4 year old daughters, I asked for a bowl of rice so that the kids could eat first. He was very short with me and said it was coming with the food. I got upset and asked that he bring the bowl of rice right away. I told him that I had been there many times before and noticed that the service was slow. He basically argued with me and said that since I came here before I should know how long the food takes at his restaurant. I felt that his behavior was inappropriate and we felt discriminated because of the fact that we had two kids with us?? We ended up staying because our kids were starving and my friend did not seem to want to leave. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I used to be a loyal supporter of this restaurant because our family enjoys good Vietnamese food. However, they are rude and arrogant and do not treat customers with respect.
