Concern Customer on Saturday March 7, 2009 (around 9:00PM)-Over all not corteous, the customer service sucks,the Manager was so rude with his customers, (the Older Guy with gray hair and mustache specifically,he hates his job obviously), the other manager(bald guy is better you should hire more people like him, he smiles and more personable), the company should train their mangers/employees how to deal with customers, and remind them that customers are the reason why the company is still operating, so without the customers he wouldn't have a job. I am suggesting for the company to put a suggestion box open for customers, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a complain about that particular manager. He's over the top rude.
