Every time I have come here (Maple Grove), the wait staff has always been very friendly and knowledgable. You always start out with the ""biaggi butter"" which is olive oil, parmesan and cracked black pepper to dip a variety of breads in. We always start out with the bruschetta, which is the best of all the italian restaurants we've been to (including in Italy) and end our meals with their fantastic desserts. Everything in between is fabulous!
