the seem to have problems charging us right. They want you to pay a copay at the time you have your visit, but dont take into consideration that they have a negotiated rate with the insurance and your copay is a portion of THAT fee, not their full fee. I dont know how many times I have had issues with them charging the right thing. Usually after 3-4 visits I can take in explanation of benefits and they figure it out. But I have had to go through this probably the last three years. I don;t know if they have a high turnover rate in the admin, but it seems I always have issues to straighten out.
