You are getting top quality seaks, the ones you would find at Monterey Bays or Ruths Chris at grocery store prices. NO grissle found on their steaks at all. It melts like butter in your mouth! If you crave a nice thick juicy steak, then dont disrespect your grill by getting one at a grocery store, you want to put the cadillac of steaks on your grill and they can only be found at Patsys.
