I live at park 200. When you put in a work order Brian always says can you wait til tuesday when andy's here. If you say no he swears loud enough so you can here him. A couple of my neighbors were robbed and the only one with keys is Brian. Now they have a painter painting with Brian and the guy is drunk before he even gets here. No use complaining because no one wants to here it.
