When my water heater gave out recently I struggled to find a plumber familiar with the local codes regarding my unit (short, direct vent). Five hours into my search when I called R & S plumbing. Roman (owner) impressed me right away with knowledge on the units and related codes. It was 1 pm when I called him asking that the work be done that day. He said he would be at my house by 3 that afternoon. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and then picked up the heater and parts he needed. By 6 pm that evening the unit was professionally installed and hot water was running. Roman was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, prompt and completed the job as promised. Clearly Roman takes pride in his work and reputation. I?ll be calling him for all my future plumbing needs.
