I took my laptop into these guys and they told me it needed a new motherboard and the cost was over $450. I said no and went thru a huge hassle to get my laptop back. Then I took my laptop to another local computer store and they told me it only needed a new internal power connector and the cost to fix was around $100. The only reason I went to MIT in the first place is because they had a huge banner saying free diagnostic, but then when I went in there they said no the free diag is only for desktops and for laptops they charge $59. I should have turned around and left on the spot but stupidly I gave my laptops to these people anyway. I learned my lesson, if a company lies or gives misleading information to get you in the door then you cannot expect they will be honest with you about anything else.
Pros: None
