I brought my wife in for a 1045 appointment. She was finaly galled back for the first part of her appointment at 1110. This is totally unacceptable. I work in an industry that ethics and professionalism is paramount. I can understand ten minutes for a wait, but twenty five for individuals who have other things to do. A person can not schedule their day, if an earler appointment is late. This means to me that we don't care about service or the client. You just care about the money!
