When I first entered the collision center the employees were in no hurry to assist me. I felt like I was bothering them. I left my vehicle since my insurance company recomended them. The next week I called for a update on my vehicle. The employee who answered seemed irritated that I was calling.
After another week I went into the office to check on the status of my vehicle. This time the employee's were openly rude. An employee who identified himself as the manager stated ""I told you how long it will take, why can't you get this through you head"" ? I don't take comments too personal so I accepted his insincere apology.
Pros: No problems with vehicle after repaired.
Cons: Customer service, repair time and high cost.
