I had a very good experience here. My last eye exam was at Walmart and vision works was much more thorough. The optometrist was very friendly and really listened to me talk about my issues and made some very good suggestions. They had modern equipment and gave me a lot more attention than Walmart. I am confident they got my prescription perfect, which I wasn't at Walmart.
As far as the rest of my experience, it was very positive. A girl did help me select frames, but when I wanted to just browse by myself, she left me alone. I ordered my glasses on Friday and they were ready by Monday (I was told they normally don't even take that long, but they had some equipment down).
Overall, great experience and they will get my business again.
