I took my car to Pennzoil 10 Minute Lube in Bothell for an oil change. My car was leaking oil the next day so I brought the car back to them. George, the owner, personally redid the oil change. The next day I had the same problem so I took the car to my dealership. They were shocked by the horrible job George did, over-tightening the oil filter ? which caused the leaks. BEWARE. When I went back to talk with George, he said he had never seen me before and would not take responsibility, even though I had a receipt with his name and signature on it.
Cons: crooks!
