I have a citrine and diamond ring that has spent more time in the repair center than on my hand. Every time it comes back, it has more problems than it went in there with. I just picked it up on 3/20/09; it needed the shank reinforced (because they shaved it while sizing it down), and the stone was not straight in the setting (from when the tightened the prongs). I need to take it back tomorrow 3/23/09 because the stone is loose in all directions in the setting.
I won't be buying from them again. They refuse to replace the ring as long as they're able to put it in repair.
Pros: They're more than willing to sell you something
Cons: The repair service is incapable of doing a good job.
