We took our vehicle to Midas in Port Orchard for new struts, tires, and an alignment. Midas mechanics could not get the alignment right - it took 4 return trips down for additional alignment attempts by the mechanics. It was finally fixed on the 4th attempt. We were told at that time that they had used alignment equipment that had not been calibrated properly. The 3rd alignment attempt had been mishandled so significantly that the van became unsafe to drive for any distance. To say the least, this was a disappointing experience, and we will never again return for additional service.
