This daycare is probablly my childs third school. I liked it at first but as time went on I found that they were not very inviting and I always felt uneasy leaving my child there. I had to complain to the director who by the way was very understanding due to the way I had been adressed by a particular staff person. I feel that a child care facility should poses a comforting,happy and enthusiastic environment and the staff should always greet you and politely approach any problems they may need to adress. This was not the case at all and I was very dissapointed that I had to change daycares it can become a hassel and it;s not comfortable and can be confusing to the child.
