My first experience the owner quoted me a reasonable price for the service then upon pick-up of item inceased the price, citing 'a lot of work'. I had a second item that I picked up later in the week and she added an additiinal 50% to the original fee-for-service, citing, yet again, 'a lot of work'. I explained to her that she shouldn't tell her customers one price then expect more $ without notifying them first. She would not return my items until she received what she asked for.
