Horrible, horrible customer service! Great 'service' when they were selling it, but once they had my money, they were awful to deal with!!! Before taking my money, they were more than willing to answer questions; afterwards, they just dropped off the face of the earth and then, when they did answer, didn't know anything about the piece they had sold. Their descriptions were inaccurate and the owner was rude and condescending. He even lied to me about what a French hallmarks meant! Please don't give them your business!!
