The staff was made up of young, immature, and unprofessional young ""ladies"". They were very cold. When problems arose with our order, I didn't hear ""sorry"", or ""it will be ok, lets fix it"". These few encouraging words would have been helpful to a bride who was a few weeks out from her wedding day! Instead we were given a ""take it or leave it"" response. When my cries were not being tended to at a store level, I insisted on speaking to the owner. I was told by the young ""lady"" that I could call Bobbie if I wanted too, but that it wouldn't do me any good because ""she won't do anything about it"". That speaks very highly to the owner! I would reccomend going anywhere but here!!!!!
