I have been to breakthrough twice for 2 separate injuries. One of which was a fractured vertebra in my neck. As you can imagine, coming off an injury like that can make you wary of hurting yourself again, and cause a lot of fear about being physical. But the folks at breakthrough instantly put me at ease and literally erased my fears.
