I ordered something from Paul's on-line because their site had free shipping and said trouble free 30-day returns. I received the merchandise and it was drastically different looking than the picture on-line and the picture on the outside of the actual packaging. I emailed Paul about returning the item and he was unapologetic, he said I could return the item but he would charge an $80 return fee plus the cost of shipping back the item. So if I returned the item I would lose $110! That was more than a 1/3 of the price of the item! He was unwilling to compromise and had no customer service skills. A shame really...stores should be much more upfront about ""s/h fees"". I would never have ordered the item if I knew it would cost that much to return.
