This was an awesome experience. I had already used this service once before when my middle child got ill. We actually were out of town when I first used it for my daughter. It was great because the house call was perfect. My daughter didn't have to leave the house to go to the clinic downtown. My daughters went on about how wonderful the Nurse Practitioner was and how attentive she was to each of the other girls even though she was just seeing one. So I was real excited when I had to use the service. I was looking forward to the awesome experience my daughters had, which indeed turned out to be great. I came into work feeling like my head was going to explode, so I called, made the appointment and the Nurse Practitioner was here first thing that morning. She was awesome. She did the exam, prescribed the medication and even followed up the following week to see how I was feeling. I talk about this service to everyone I know, the reaction I get from most is amazement that a doctor or a nurse practitioner makes house calls even on the weekends. This experience was great and look forward to using this service again.
Pros: Don't have to wait with other sick people.
