I was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of customer service I received at Uptown. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I had quite a few questions about the work being done to my car, and called quite a few times with my concerns. The receptionist was patient and informative. The repairs were done quickly and the repair costs were very reasonable. I was extremely pleased with the finished product and comforted to know that the repairs are guaranteed if I happen to find something out of place.
