My husband and I have traveled alot in our lifetime and have been lucky enough to eat in some of the best restaurants the US has to offer from NY to New Orleans. We are truly spoiled in the NW by our local produce. fresh seafood and grass fed meats as well as the excellent and creative breweries and wineries! Preservation Kitchen showcases all of these attributes very well!
Pros: Pretty much everything!
Cons: I miss the original Goat Cheese Fritters and Fried Apple Pie for dessert!
