I purchase a used suv from Ford of Montebello 3 months ago. My transaction was fairly simple I (a woman) went in there with my two kids who were welcomed and invited into the kiddie room while I negotiated the terms of the deal. They stayed within my budget. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am female, I educated myself on the terms of the contract & going price of the Suv. I did deal with some pleasant sales works that when I call still remember me. Rudy ( my salesman) has been a pleasure to deal with. He is young, experianced , and very motivated. I walked out with a very well equipped SUV including a dvd player, 6 cd player, alarm system, & some other extras included in the original price stated on the internet. I believe I got a good deal , or maybe they just wanted me out because my kids were running around crazy : )
Pros: Great kids room
Cons: too many black cars, need salewomen added to their crew
