My prescription was illegible and in order to get the lenses that I wanted I had to preform all of the measurements that I requested myself. I prefer a specific size of glasses that fit my face and 3 of the sales representatives didn't bother to measure my face at all or listen to me about what it is I wanted. I doubt I will ever return to this location and the service was so poor that I have reconsidered getting Lasik's. Please train your staff, I would be embarrassed if I worked at Lens Crafters or Eye Exam.
