After my door was installed by Bob Pollag 2 years later the paint started chipping. I am very happy to say that both Bob and the manufacturer (GUIDA) are going to take care of my door 100%. They agreed to repaint my door at no cost to me and I am completely satisfied! They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them and purchase off them again because they stand behind their products 100% and that is a good feeling. Thank You GUIDA DOORS AND WINDOWS (and Bob) for helping us.
