Victor has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I recently started having him do color as well. He always listens to what I'm looking for, adds his own expertise and advice, and together we decide on a plan for my hair. At Volero they have created a beautiful, relaxing space to indulge in a bit of pampering. His current staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun.
I'm a bit shocked at the reviews saying they're too expensive. I've been to other salons of this quality and they're all WAY more expensive than my cuts from Victor. And I'm happier with my hair!!
As for the negative reviews on here, I'm not sure if those people have unreachable standards, were having a bad day, or are just outright lying. The only time I've ever come close to having to wait for Victor was when he had a walk-in and graciously tried to work her in as she was begging him to (right in front of me!). He even asked if I was ok with waiting and made sure to fill up my glass of wine to make the 10 extra minutes a bit easier.
I'll be having Victor do my hair until he retires or I move far, far away.
