We purchased a new Bio-Mass stove this year. The stove was installed in a timely manner and one of the tech guys even came at the end of the installation to give us a personal lesson on how to use all of the features. A week later there was a problem with the stove. Bob came out to remedy it free of charge. When the problem turned out to be a manufacturers glitch, Bob arranged to have the stove replaced and upgraded to the newest model. All of this was done at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US. The staff is friendly and helpful and Bob stands behind the products he sells 100%. It's nice to find a company with integrity!
