They ruined my wedding dress by adding a seam different than all of the other seams on both sides of my dress. I have 5 inches of seam on both sides of the dress where it was taken in the combined the lace layer and satin layer together. The seam actually extends to the floor with each lace and then satin layer having their own seam except for the top of the dress they combined the two for one seam it looks awful. They then told me the dress was like that. The dress was not like that. The seam they made does not match any other seams on the dress. Customer service was even worse and they told me I was wrong and would not give me a refund on the bad alterations. I even had a conversation with the lady over the phone and my alteration as so expensive because of the multiple layers and they just put them into one. and told me I was wrong. Please do not even go near this place.
