Wow! This place is very expensive! I looked around just to get some quotes for our recently finished basement. This place was nearly twice as much as the next highest bid for the exact same Hunter Douglas product with the same warranties. When I asked why it was so expensive the salesman said ""we offer better customer service."" Sorry... I'm not going to pay hundreds of extra dollars for a smile. As long as my new blinds look great and the job is done on time, I'm happy (and I am happy by the way, with my new vignettes!!!). I would recommend looking around town before you buy anything from Home Touch. Also, even though I told them I was going with another company, their telemarketers never fail to call me every other day around dinner time.
Pros: Friendly and knowlegeable
Cons: Expensive, use telemarketing after you show interest
