I get my 2003 Audi serviced at Audi of downtown Los Angeles. Unfortunately, EVERYTIME I get work done at this location, which is NOT CHEAP (even a simple service), I have to return to them within a few days due to a new problem that arose during the time that they had my vehicle. I truely believe that they are creating new problems with my vehicle to get me to return for additional repairs. EVERYTIME I take my car back to them with the new problem that they created, they claim that the new problem had nothing to do with the work that they did. This has occured on more than eight occasions. They know me by name at this dealer, because I'm there so much. I have spent over $2000 with them in less that two months, just to continue having problems.
