The rooms are basic. The idea of them being efficiencies is the only plus. Had to use them for a week, which was nice to cook and keep food cold. I was happy that they were there when I needed it. No luxuries. Had to call for clean-cleanup after two days when nobody voluntarally offered. A family of three would be cramped on these little rooms. As solo it's perfect. Need transportation to fill up. Too far and to hot here to walk it.
