Unfortunately first impressions last forever. I called this vet to see if I could some how get my seriously ill animal examined. The person on the phone said that I could maybe get my pet in 2 days. She didn't bother to give my any information on the Animal Urgent Care in New Braunfels or other vets in the area that might help. This was my first (and last) experience with this place.
