I couldn't disagree more. Sage has suffered a terrible loss with Roy's (the previous owner's) absence. He was a welcome addition to my table any time he chose to pass a few moments chatting, & in my opinion, the kitchen & service has taken a turn for the worst since his departure. For instance, I ordered one of the main dishes only to be told that they were out of tilapia, so I ordered the salmon. They were out of that too. It seems Roy was the only one who could order appropriate quantities. Perhaps the new Sage is your "great little neighborhood bistro," but my standards are higher.
