I was recommended to this shop but can't figure out why. I made an appointment for a simple residential re-key and gave them a large window of time to show. As time ran out I called only to learn there were two people in the business, almost withing walking distance to the job, but neither were a 'tech' and could not complete the job. Turn out their 'only tech' was stuck at another job at DIA. No call from them, no further explanation. Had to scramble with another company who was there in 30 min but it cost me. I will be informing my referral source and now you to avoid these clowns and go somewhere else!
Pros: They had a good quote
Cons: Doesn't matter if they don't show to do the work!
