Went to Fullerton Car Wash on 4/1/09 to get an oil change and wash for my car. Everything was going great and noticed they were done. Went over to my car to notice that they missed the front bumper, my passenger door and there were still streaks on my front windshield. No big deal as I've noticed this before. Handed the guy the tip and the card and started my car. I went to adjust the radio and the radio was pushed into the dash. The mounting bracket for my radio broke and it wasn't like that when I dropped off my car. I asked to speak with the Manager who was the owner of the location. I showed him the broken bracket and he denied and would not accept fault. I as at the point I didn't really want the money back just that they accepted they broke it.
I will never go to Fullerton Car Wash again and for those who do, be very cautious of what happens to your car.
