I was recommended to this company and put them on monthly service. They ruined my lawn and after many calls and complaints they came out, took pictures and never contacted me again. It took months to get them to correct double billing. They not only did a bad job but took no corrective action. A new technician would appear each week and always say that they didn't know about the previous complaints. No customer service. Too big of a company to get their attention. I cannot recommend them for any type of service. They are expensive and not good at what they advertise.
