I trusted this bakery to make my son's birthday cake, No one would ever call me back or responded to my emails. When I did catch them on the phone, they would say everything was set and my cake would be made. Well the day before my party I was told she would give me a call back with my pick up details. I was never contacted. The day of my son's party I had no cake! I had to go to the grocery store. My son was so disappointed because for the first time I let him choose his cake online.
