Phone service is terrible. I got no call, no communication whatsoever. When they get their money they don't care from that point. While sitting in the waiting area to get my taxes done the lady at the front desk was trying to be comical in saying I'm not answering the phone, can't you see our sign says closed. It rang the whole time, I was there and it was normal business hours. I was told I would get my refund by Thursday 2/12 and I am still waiting. No one called me, I live over an hour away and could not get anyone by phone for 3 days so I went down there. All they say is call the IRS, which they told me I could not have it that quickly from the beginning and they should have known that. They took the money for rapid refund and I'm still sitting here waiting. How is this allowable? When reading on the internet I see so many negatives about this place I will def use someone else next year! Not worth it!
Pros: They get your money back.
Cons: Not a business environment, customer service is very pitiful and arrogant! Makes you a red flag for the IRS!
