If your a woman that doesn't want men watching you work out, if you like the fast pace in a routine and varying degrees of difficulty, then this is the place for you! Great location just off route 422 and lots of parking! The work out has machines alternating with jogging stations, working each station in 30-40 second intervals with a variety of music to keep you pumped up! There is also a stationery bike and elliptical machine to vary your workout schedule. There are different payment options to meet individual needs. I found them very affordable and very friendly!
